- Question - I have no idea where to start shopping for an electric scooter. Do you offer any informational resources? - Answer - Our mobility scooter experts are available to assist you in selecting the scooter that meets your specific needs - simply dial 1 (800) 347-0821. We also offer a series of buyer's guides and indexes to help familiarize our visitors with our product lines and the features of different scooter models. 
- Question - When will my electric scooter arrive? - Answer - All of our electric scooters are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you choose an electric scooter that is in stock, it will arrive at your home in 2 to 6 business days. If your selection is not in stock, it will be built for you. Present manufacturing times are 7 to 12 business days. Shipping will take and additional 2 to 7 business days. 
- Question - Will you file the Medicare claim for my electric scooter? - Answer - In order to provide the lowest prices on our mobility scooters, we can not file Medicare claims on your behalf. We do provide you with an approved invoice for your electric scooter that you may file with the appropriate insurance/agency on your own behalf. - Question - Are batteries included with my electric scooter? - Answer - YES.Your electric scooter will arrive with 2 sealed maintenance free batteries. These batteries are FAA/airline approved and can be used on all forms of public transportation. 
- Question - Is shipping included in the price of your electric scooters? - Answer - Shipping is included in the electric scooter price for all orders delivered in the continental US. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and other foreign countries there will be additional freight charges based on actual costs. We will be happy to quote the exact delivery cost on these units. See our Delivery & Shipping page for additional information. 
- Question - Will my electric scooter arrive assembled? - Answer - Your electric scooter will arrive fully assembled except for the batteries and the seat. If you are unable to lift the battery or seat, we can schedule a technician do this for you for a nominal fee. We are one of the few electric scooter providers that offer this service. 
- Question - Are there any hidden charges when purchasing an electric scooter? - Answer - NO. The pricing on our site is all you will pay. It includes the following: batteries, delivery to your home, and in-home warranty service the first year. Please note that online orders do have a $5.00 processing fee. 
- Question - What happens when I need warranty repairs/service on my Pride, Golden, or Shoprider electric scooter? - Answer - Most of our scooters come with a warranty that varies by manufacturer. If you want to learn specific warranty details associated with an individual scooter, call today to speak with an expert. In most cases, if you need repairs and service, you will be able to simply call the service number that we provide and a technician will be scheduled to come repair your scooter.
