Return Policy

If you are not happy with any item for any reason, simply return it within 10 days of receipt. A 15% restocking fee and freight both directions applies to all returns for items not listed below. Before returning any item you must call us to receive a return authorization number. Please call between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday. We will send you a return request form for you to sign and return. A return authorization number will then be issued. The return authorization number must be on the outside of the box when you return it. Items to be returned must be in new condition, with original packaging, instructions, and warranty material.

Refunds
Your refund will be processed after the item has been inspected. We will credit the original credit card. If you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you.

Cancellations
Scooter cancellations will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Refusals
Delivery refusals are subject to the same policy as returns. A 15% restocking fee and and freight both directions applies to all delivery refusals.

Scooter Return Policy
Customers are responsible for repackaging and shipping the scooter back. If you do not have the original box, a new box may be purchased at the cost of the box plus shipping. A 15% restocking fee and freight both directions applies to all scooter returns. If your scooter has not left the warehouse, you can cancel your order for a $50 cancellation fee.

Ramp Return Policy
Ramps have a 15% restocking fee plus freight both ways. Custom ramps are not returnable.

Scooter Lift Return Policy
All scooter lifts are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers will also be responsible for freight both ways.
