If you are not happy with any item for any reason, simply return it within 10 days of receipt.
Call 1-919-231-0364 for a return authorization number. Call between 9- 5:30 EST MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. We will send you a return request form for you to sign and return. A return authorization number will than be issued. A 15% restocking fee and freight both directions applies to all returns. The Return Authorization number must be on the outside of the box.
Item to be returned must be in new condition, with original packaging, instructions, and warranty material.
Refunds
Your refund will be processed after the item has been inspected. We will credit the original credit card. If you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you.
Cancellation:
If your scooter has not left the warehouse there is a $50 cancel fee.
Scooters
Customer will be responsible for packaging and shipping the scooter. If you do not have the original box one may be purchased at the cost of the box plus shipping. There is a 15% restocking fee (20% on Shoprider Scooters) and outbound freight charge.
Scooter Ramps
Ramps have a 15% restocking fee plust outbound freight. Custom ramps are not returnable.
Stair Lifts
Stair lifts are custom made product and are not returnable. NO refunds on stairlifts.
Scooter Lifts
Allscooter lifts are subject to a 10% restocking fee except for Tilt-a-rack the fee is 20% and outbound freight up to $100.00.
Vertical Platform Lifts
If your vertical lift has not been built you will be charged a cancellation fee of $250. Once the lift is shipped there are no returns on this custom made product.
