  • Question When will my scooter arrive?
    Answer All of our scooters are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you choose a scooter that is in stock, it will arrive at your home in 2 to 6 business days. If your selection is not in stock, it will be built for you. Present manufacturing times are 7 to 12 business days. Shipping will take and additional 2 to 7 business days.
  • Question Will you file with Medicare?
    Answer We have chosen not to be a Medicare provider so we cannot file Medicare claims for you. We will provide you with an invoice for your scooter and you may file with the appropriate insurance/agency on your own behalf.
  • Question Are batteries included?
    Answer YES.Your scooter will arrive with 2 sealed maintenance free batteries. These batteries are FAA/airline approved and can be used on all forms of public transportation.
  • Question Is shipping included?
    Answer Shipping in included in our price for all orders delivered in the continental US. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and other foreign countries there will be additional freight charges based on actual costs. We will be happy to quote the exact delivery cost on these units.
  • Question When will my scooter arrive?
    Answer The arrival date of your scooter will vary depending on the model you select and where you live. Many units can be delivered in a couple of days.
  • Question Will my scooter arrive assembled?
    Answer Your scooter will arrive fully assembled except for the batteries and the seat. You will need to install these or for a small fee we will send a technician to your home to install the batteries and put the seat on. We are one of the few companies that offers this service.
  • Question Are there any hidden charges when purchasing a scooter?
    Answer NO. The pricing on our site is all you will pay. It includes the following: batteries, delivery to your home, and in-home warranty service the first year. Please note that online orders do have a $5.00 processing fee.
  • Question What happens when I need warranty repairs/service on my Pride, Golden, or Shoprider scooter?
    Answer Pride, Golden, and Shoprider scooters comes with a full manufacturer warranty plus a one year in-home service contract paid for by us. Both parts and labor are covered for the first full year you have your scooter. If you need service, simply call the 800 number supplied with your scooter. A technician will be scheduled to come to your home to make repairs.
