The Universal 400 is our premium grade, heavy-duty inside lift with manual rotation. It has a 400 lb. capacity which means it can lift virtually every scooter and chair on the market. The Universal 400 can also be installed on either side of the vehicle and in external applications such as pick-up trucks.
